    Absolutely. Your data security is our absolute priority. We use professional software guaranteeing 100% destruction of all data. For damaged equipment, we proceed with physical destruction of hard drives, then certified recycling. A certificate can be provided to you.
    We only accept computers less than 5 years old to ensure they will still work for 8 to 10 years in Africa. It’s more educationally effective and better for the environment. Older equipment is recycled in Europe through approved channels.
    Yes, always. We organize collection at your convenience, regardless of the quantity. Our teams have recognized expertise in IT equipment decommissioning.
    No, we only work with organizations (companies, institutions, administrations). For individual donations, we invite you to contact your local recycling center.
    We collect in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, and Germany. For other European countries, contact us to discuss your request.
    Desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, photocopiers, servers, UPS units, and cables. Equipment must be functional and less than 5 years old for computers.
